Here come the girls...
All our rabbits are neutered and vaccinated before going off to their new forever home
Adoption fee of £80 applies (min suggested Donation), which covers the cost of neutering, Novibac + and fly strike treatment (in warmer months). Full vet check and any other treament they might need before they can be rehomed. Remember for the adoption fee for rabbits old enough, you are getting a neutered rabbit that has also been vet checked. Therefore, if you weigh up the costs of purchasing a rabbit from a pet shop or breeder, add to this the cost of vet consultation fee, cost of neutering and vaccinations you could be paying in the region of £180+. We would love you to adopt a rabbit from us.
The rescue appreciates that not everyone can look after a bunny in their own home, but that a person can still have a passion for caring for bunnies/piggies, therefore if you would like to help in someway, then a monetary donation or a donation of hay, straw or food would be very much appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE ALL OUR RABBITS MUST HAVE THE COMPANIONSHIP OF ANOTHER RABBIT. THEY MUST GO TO A HOME THAT ALREADY HAS AN EXISTING RABBIT OR BE BONDED TO ANOTHER RABBIT FROM THE RESCUE. RABBITS WILL ONLY BE REHOMED AS SINGLES IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES. YOUR EXISTING RABBIT MUST BE NEUTERED AND VACCINATED FOR VHD1 /2 AND MYXOMATOSIS
IF YOU NEED THE RESCUE TO BOND THIS MUST BE DISCUSSED BEFORE YOU APPLY TO ADOPT. I SADLY DO NOT ALWAYS HAVE THE TIME OR SPACE TO DO BONDING. IF THE WAIT TO BOND IS LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO ADOPT AND PAY A DONATION FOR BOARDING. THERE IS THEN ALSO A DONATION TO BOND. THIS IS MIN £30 (FOR 3 DAYS) THEN ITS £5 EACH EXTRA DAY. PLEASE UNDERSTAND BONDING TAKES UP ALOT OF MY TIME, I HAVE TO FIT THIS IS AROUND RUNNING A RESCUE AND WORK (AND DAY TO DAY LIFE) THERE IS ONLY ME.
